Explain legal and organisational requirements for dealing with complaints?
My NVQ tutor said the legal requirements are handled by CQC (care quality commission) and organisational requirements are Care home policies. I'm on the same section! Interesting isn't it? :)

What are the methods used to deal with hazards in accordance with workplace policies and legal requirements?
OSHA guidelines from their website maybe? Where I work (in the oilfield) the methods we use to deal with hazards is we run them off and record them as 'do not rehire" 10 points now?
